Administering Country Filtering Configurations

This topic provides setup information and step-by-step procedures on how to add, modify, and delete a country filtering configuration.

Administration

Instructions on how to add, modify, or delete a Country Filtering configuration are provided below.

To add a country filtering configuration

  1. Navigate to the Country Filtering page corresponding to the desired platform. ClosedHow?From the main menu, navigate to [HTTP Large, HTTP Small, or ADN] | Country Filtering.

  2. Click Add Filter to launch the Country Filter wizard.
  3. In the Step 1: Enter Directory Path section, specify the relative path to the directory (e.g., /myorigin/myfolder) to which Country Filtering will be applied.

    Country Filtering will be recursively applied to the specified directory across all customer origins and CDN storage.

  4. Select whether to Block or Allow requests to the directory specified in the previous step.
  5. In the Step 2: Select Countries Block section, type the name of the country which access will be allowed or denied and then press ENTER.
  6. Repeat the previous step as needed.
  7. Click Save.

To modify a country filtering configuration

  1. Navigate to the Country Filtering page corresponding to the desired platform.
  2. Click the next to the desired country filtering configuration. The Country Filter wizard will display the settings for the selected country filter configuration.
  3. Modify the desired settings.
  4. Click Save .

To delete a country filtering configuration

  1. Navigate to the Country Filtering page corresponding to the desired platform.
  2. Click the next to the desired country filtering configuration. The Country Filter wizard will display the settings for the selected country filter configuration.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click I Understand, please delete this filter.
